In keeping with full disclosure and the educational nature of these trips, I would once again emphasize the rules (more like guidelines) for newbies....
- Never feel compelled to do anything. Go with the group if you want, or go out on your own if that seems best.
- Always know how to get back to the hotel on your own.
- Do as we say, not as we do. Especially when it comes to consuming mass quantities. We are professionals, do not attempt this at home.

Excellent advice Chugger... I connot wait until we are sittign down in a cozy bar in Amsterdam, raising our glassed, and eating lots of Beemster cheese. Ahhhh... maybe an eel sandwich, too.
