I don't know if there is a plan for everyone, but our plan is the Hofbrauhaus about 15:45 - 16:00. That means we leave Hotel Alfa about 15:15 - 15:30.
You can meet at either venue. Evening plans are then determined after several litres of brew.

OK. Howabout we meet at the Alfa about 1430-1445 to stage our movement together to the Hofbrauhaus? If that's OK I will plan on my group being at the Hotal Alfa by 1500 (latest) and waiting in the lobby.
