I've spent the entire day getting Alex packed up. She's joining her sister in Paris, then the girls fly to Ireland. I have made up what appears to be a 50 page itinerary. The sad part? The chances of them even looking at it are about 50/50. But maybe if they get stranded, momma will have to fly out and save them :>).
Join us as we plan and document our travels to the land of pork products and the golden nectar; Oktoberfest. Enjoy as we experience a World Class Event full of fun, frivolity and Gemütlichkeit.

Great pictures of Paris this morning as the Tour de France finsihes. Sunny clear day for the riders, great crowds.
Next year the Tour starts in Rotterdam. Hmm.
I hope the French can recover from the Finlay onslaught this year. Be careful when you and Barley Man go through immigration control, security will be heightened.
Word back from the youngest is she hates big cities and is afraid of the metro. -sigh-
The good news, her sister has reported that it has been a life changing experience. I do hope she left a little wine for us!
Newsflash! Alex liked something in Paris! She liked the Louve and her dinner tonight!
There is something for everyone in Paris.
Glad they are both enjoying it.
