Well, you guys are on top of everything. You really amaze me. You found the replica of the fifth edition cover on Amazon, but to tell you the truth, we changed it slightly, modifying the title font. The distributor in Chicago no doubt jumped the gun and unloaded all they had on Amazon with nothing to back it up. Fact is, we're expecting the first shipment of 5th ed. BDG2M arriving in California and Hawaii within a week (missed the end of April deadline by that amount). Will take longer to arrive in bookstores and Amazon, but we'll have it available on the website first. Thanks for tipping me off to the Amazon mistake. Looks like someone in Chicago gave them a call and said "never mind". Appears they're back to the green, 4th edition cover for now. Larry
Great to see you are returning to the site. We appreciate your input. When you say "in California and Hawaii within a week", can you be more specific. I am leaving the country on the 12th, and wil lend up in Munich for three days. Is there any outside chance of ordering from the website and having the book delivered by the 12th?
