I just looked at an email form SWAirlines on a big fare sale. Flights out of CVG to Albuquerque for example is around $300 round trip . Bags fly free!!
OUT of MDW (Chicago) $238 dollars to Albuquerque round trip in September
Just some data points if we do a western swing trip. Of course David it would be an eastern swing, but he has always leaned the wrong way! Ha Ha

David was using as a point of reference only. So the discussion has been centered around a camping/ hotel/ RV trip to some place out west. lots of options. My daughter was in Oregon and Washington and it was nice but in September the weather is a wild card. Maybe southern Utah, Maybe grand canyon. Montana and Wyoming, I had a friend that just hiked and explored the Bad Lands and it looked nice. Just a bunch of options.
