All year long the blinds would be closed only every once in a while. However, now the FEST is being constructed every time I go to take a look they are closed!It’s enough to driving me MAD!!!Ok, I feel better.

It may not be. Yet, I can't help having a feeling that the person closing the blinds knows that they are driving the viewers crazy!!
