For Oktoberfest Munich I would say lower it to 10%. But I don't believe they are blocking borders for foreign travelers in the third quarter. Vaccination is central and guarantees that we are welcome at the smaller events and beer halls
It will be interesting what they say at my 6 month follow up March 23. If having proof of vaccination will be the key will they consider mine valid that will be a year old at the time or will I need to get re-vaccinated or a booster or whatever they will call it?

We are vaccinated and ready to go!
