I don't know who Paul is, but I did some reading about Hirschau, which is a biergarten in Englisher gartens. Apparently it has been totally refurbished, and Larry now gives it 3 1/2 steins. Online reviews are mixed regarding food, etc.
I still vote for a half day or so spent in Englisher Gartens. We can do some field research for Larry!
